Really great condition. Ungigged. Tiny marks on the bottom. Everywhere else is flawless. Only selling this because I need a car and my Diezel amp is covering all my needs at the moment. £700 gets you an original run, Victory V30 6L6 head in immaculate condition, along with the case, and foot-switch. Beautiful sounding, lush clean channel, very crystalline, responsive and articulate. The Drive channel absolutely screams, ranging from slight bluesy breakup to mid gain suitable for those Fusion guitar tones all the way to full on soaring lead distortion tones. So yeah, in a bit more detail, this two channel, understated but deadly amp will take you from Country twang, to smooth jazz, to gnarly blues, to classic rock, to filthy hard rock and deliver you into the land of shred. This amp does it all. And it does it all very well. It's naturally voiced to accent the mid range. (Which is a good thing because a guitar's mid range frequencies must be clear, as this is where the instrument naturally sits within a mix.) To me, the amp sounds very open and dynamic and pick attack can sound aggressive or very forgiving depending on what you like! Just set the EQ to taste. If you play rhythm, the amps EQ can either sound very warm or nice and bright and jangly. Lead lines sound very fluid when combining the use of alternate picking, sweep picking and tapping and nothing gets too abrasive. It's a very forgiving bit of kit. This amp gets raving reviews across the board, designed by Martin Kidd, known for the fantastic Cornford range of amplifiers. He designed this in conjunction with a guitar player who is commonly referred to as the best guitar player on the planet, known as Guthrie Govan. You already know what's up! Two Channels. 4 x 12AX7 2 X 6L6 Maximum of 42 Watts. Can be scaled all the way down to 0.5 Watts in Single Ended Mode. So help a brother out. Help me afford that car, to get a kick start in the professional guitar world and get yourself a beast of an amp in return! Thanks for looking, everyone! :)
