Beautiful Vintage 1950 Gibson ES -140 3/4 Size. 22 3/4 fretboard escale. FON 4079 27. First year of production. Tapered headstock.Escale down version of the ES -175.Near MINT museum quality condition. No breaks or repairs of any kind nor needed. Tight neck joint and binding with NO separation.This is the most desired Full Depth Hollowbody first version.ALL ORIGINAL with the exception of the strap end pin. Heel pin NEVER added. Most hard to find ORIGINAL Lifton brown case with Gibson Logo still present also included.Original frets shows minimal wear on the first two frets.Some buzzing at the upper frets (14-16) so could do with a fret levelling by a competent luthier.Arrow straight neck with a perfect angle. Bridge with plenty of room for adjustment.Full power original P-90 that sounds FANTASTIC!!!Plays great with a beautiful round neck feel and nice low action. A joy to play...
