This old school made in the USA SM7 is fully functional and sounds fantastic! Complete with high pass filter and presence peak switches. It looks like this one has had the cord replaced but they've used appropriate wire and done a great job. Wiggling of the wire produced no noise or change in audio. I've owned several or these and the Mexican made ones as well as the SM7A and SM7B. This one sounds as good or better than the best example of the bunch! I love the clarity of the mids in these old lightening logo versions of the mic. Makes an SM7B sound distant and congested. Forget fixing it in the mix - record it right going in and save yourself the time and headache. This is as good as the world famous Shure SM7 gets! The body has some wear and it looks like it's got a replacement screw on the bracket but the audio quality really is pristine. Free shipping in continental US only.
