It has an incredible sonic range and power that ONLY a Minimoog is capable of delivering. From the creamiest modulated leads to monstrous Moog bass, the Voyager remains the king of analog synths. And just like the original Minimoog, the Minimoog Voyager was designed and brought to life by synthesizer pioneer, Bob Moog. The Minimoog Voyager is the crowning achievement of synthesizer pioneer, Dr. Robert Moog. Originally released in 2002, it stands alone as the world's most iconic analog synthesizer. The latest version of the Electric Blue Voyager has many new features, including MIDI IN and MIDI OUT implementation, tons of patching capabilities and many new panel features. The Minimoog Voyager Electric Blue Edition is housed in a rugged steel chassis surrounded by a fractal blue solid ash cabinet. At first it appears black, but as you draw near, the fractal blue flecks create an eye-catching display. Combine this with a stunning electric blue backlit panel, blue pitch/mod wheels, and blue LEDs and you have a massive monosynth that will not be ignored. The Electric Blue includes two classic Moog Style lowpass filters and one awesome VCA (Voltage Controlled Amplifier). Two ADSR (Attack Decay Sustain Release) envelope generators and one multi-waveform LFO (Low Frequency Oscillator) give you all the modulation you would expect from Moog. Of course it would not be a Moog Voyager without some amazing three wide-range, high-stability voltage controlled oscillators, add in one noise source, and one audio preamplifier for your external audio signals and you know this is all Moog! VCAs and MIDI I/o for all your needs Moog knows you need ins and outs galore and here the are, the rear panel will the same as your old school Voyager. MIDI In/Out and Thru, four input and output audio jacks, and two accessory port connectors.
