What makes this guitar special: An early Strat Plus in completely original condition, with stellar playability and tons of quality appointments. The Strat Plus was a short-lived Standard model with very similar features to the early Jeff Beck models. These guitars are increasingly rare and sought after by many, given their unique nature and excellent build quality at a great price point. This piece is adorned nicely with Fender Lace Sensor single-coil pickups, a Two-Point tremolo bridge, locking nut, and locking tuners; along with a quick rosewood fingerboard and medium profile D-shaped neck for comfortable and effortless maneuverability. This piece comes professionally setup by one of Cream City Music’s in-house luthiers, and will arrive ready to play right out of the case.Cosmetic condition: Pretty good shape for its age, with various surface and playwear scratches visible throughout the instrument, some light buckle rash, and a few small dents and dings- most notably on the back of the neck behind the second fret. Structurally, this piece is great, with no wear that hinders playability in any way.Body: Contoured double cutaway alder body in black finish with 3-ply white pickguard and two-point tremolo bridge with individually adjustable saddles.Weight: 8lb, 10.6ozNeck: Medium profile D-shaped maple neck with skunk stripe, white side dots, and white dot inlays. Rosewood fingerboard is soft and comfortable, and showcases very little visible wear. Frets are in great shape too, and have nearly a full lifetime of use left in them. 1 11/16” locking nut width, with 25 1/2" scale length. Fender locking tuners are in perfect working order. Neck is straight and truss rod functions as it should.Electronics: Fender Lace Sensor single coil pickups (Bridge-5.71K ohms, Middle-6.18K ohms, Neck-5.66K ohms) with 5-way pickup selector switch and white tophat knobs, 2x tone, 1x volume.Case: Hard shell case included.
