1974 PAN SG made in Japan lawsuit era with the Gibby headstock "open book" style from the Ibanez factory early Fujigen Gakki JVupgraded with US Seymour Duncan neck 57 Classic Bridge excellent Vintage condition great player  Hey Now Just in taken in on trade folks and then  a JVGuitars set up was done! and so now she's a Oldie but a goodie and a real fun player too I really like this neck reminds me of the old Juniors I'v had, read on...She's in excellent vintage condition with very minimal wear at most way cleaner then most SG's of this age I have seen so know that your getting one above average for a 42 year old SG pretty cool. Its Sound Tone wise now is Superior with the tone of these 2 pickups simply ROCK ! ...and playability Wise now it plays like a much more expensive player's guitar. This guitar has seen little use over past 40 years as with the evident great care shown over 42 years. When I got it the pickups were both dead and it needed a good set up and dialing in... good bones with its nice neck and that lovely grain Rosewood fingerboard and the genuine old school aged pearloid inlays just like my old 1950's Gibson Les Paul jr. this has that look check it out... really cool Then factor in the upgrade to with these 2 pickups we installed a US Vintage Seymour Duncan Zebra Paf in the neck position and a recent chrome covered Gibson / Epiphone 57 Classic in the bridge position this baby screams now with awesome bluesy real vintage tone.... really nice sounding combination and that bridge pickup is capable of some good strat - tele like tones very useful. All electronics are working good and it looks to me like a US 3 way switch was installed when previously serviced other than that She's original threw and threw. Woods are good looking Mahogany wood grain body and Mahogany neck in really good original vintage condition not beat up but pretty clean for this age, , the tuning gears are the originals and are very good qualityand do an excellent job and have stood the test of time. Beautifully grained Fingerboard - very nicely grained Rosewood with vintage correct old school pearloid inlays now aged with patina of 42 years in super condition to its straight so to further refine its playability I have done work to the frets - leveled - dressed - crowned and polished all the frets so this guitar now plays so smoothly like a more expensive guitar would... it has medium jumbo frets and the guitar is a great weight too playing soooooo nicely...So Now She's ready for another 40+ years now...Get it before she's gone... email Joealso for sale elsewhere online so we reserve the right to end this Ebay listing at any timeWe have been in the guitar business since 1990 and have collected manyunique and wonderful guitars over the past 27 yearsWe do have ourOwn website and invite you to visit us on the webThank you for looking JVGuitarsFor customer service questions about this itemplease contact JVGuitars
