This amazing guitar is the consummate closet queen. It is the top model in the Storm Series with gold trim and gold tremolo bar. It had been in private storage for about 31 years and was never played during that time. I have owned it for 4 years and was purchased as part of an Ovation collection that I was starting.  I have only played it once when I bought it. My wife now says the collection must shrink, I own 5 other Ovations, and have a special connection to them as my father worked for Kaman Helicopters in Connecticut when I was younger. Since I do not play this at all, it is time for it to go to another collector or someone wanting a unique guitar for stage work. The guitar shows almost no play wear and the local guitar shop rates it as a 9.9 out of 10, especially for it's age...almost 50 years old. The photos do not do this guitar justice...I have been told it belongs in a museum but I would rather it go to someone who will appreciate it.
