First things first: We picked out one of the prettiest cuts of Artist Grade flame maple for the top. The Pattern neck on this guitar is made from korina, and the fretboard is cocobolo - great for punchy and focused mids. For pickups, we put a 57/08 in the bridge and a 59/09 in the neck. The pickup combination was recommended to us by Paul Reed Smith, himself. This is a potent, versatile setup that provides a huge tonal spectrum. Check out the custom color we had PRS concoct for us. It's violet in the middle with blue burst around the edges - very cool. We topped it all off with green ripple bird inlays. This is one of the most unique Custom 24's you're going to find. It's perfect for the player who wants a fully customized PRS without going Private Stock.
