A Full Double F/Bb Horn manufactured by the famous Lidl company in the Czech Republic. This is the LHR 346 'Duo Professional' model and this one is in very good condition. The rotors are good and tight and I have replaced the old cork bumpers with neoprene ones and adjusted them to get the rotor registration spot-on. The lacquer is pretty well complete with just the odd little bits missing, some minor scratches and some wear just above the bell flare. The lacquer has been stripped from the inside of the bell as it was quite worn and pitted when I got it and I thought it feel nicer and look prettier as raw brass, which it does! It has been fitted with water keys (by Luke Woodhead of Woodhead Horns) on the lead pipe, the 'F' loop and the third valve crook on the Bb side. All the slides move well and have been greased. There are no appreciable dents on the instrument, just the odd ding from music stand contacts etc. It plays nicely with a very warm tone and has served me well for the past eight years. In that time I have always taken great care of it and maintained it well, but I have now treated myself to a professional horn, so it is time for us to part company! Comes with an Alexander No. 5 mouthpiece and a 'Gig Bag' case.
