Vintage 1971 Fender telecaster in Very good ConditionThis Tele has been in my family for about 40 years. (Mostly kept in the closet and not played much) It's in Very good to excellent condition. All original except possibly the paint. I've had several Luthier's look at it with different opinions. There is a piece between the neck pickup and neck heal that had been chipped and looks like it was touched up with original color paint. It can't be seen because the pick guard covers that area. I posted a picture. It's possible the whole guitar was refinished at that time but unclear since it would have been 40 years ago. The paint is original fender color with appropriate aging so it could be original paint with just a spot inside that was touched up.
Because it is unclear I have to sell this as a refinish and am pricing it accordingly. It is a beautiful Guitar , plays and sounds excellent. Nice Vintage feel and sound as it should be.
