This Maschine Studio is in excellent physical shape and perfect working condition. Sale is for the controller, power supply, USB cable, and original box. No software is included. Please be aware that Native Instruments does not sell the software separately. If you already have a Maschine software license, this controller will work perfectly with it. This Studio originally had a defective encoder, which was sending incorrect MIDI data. I sent it in to Native Instruments and they corrected the issue, and also gave the unit a nice cleaning inside and out, restoring it to like new condition. Unfortunately, they specifically told me to send in the unit in its original cardboard packaging inserts, then did not return these to me. So I still have the box, but not the packing inserts inside of the box. I have securely packed the Studio inside its original box with bubble wrap instead. I've written NI asking for my insets back, but they haven't responded because, well, they're Native Instruments. Please review my seller feedback and buy with confidence. I offer free shipping in the US, ship within 24 hours of payment, and package items to professional standards. I offer 14 day returns, but I have had to invoke a 15% restocking fee for items returned that were as described in the listing.
