From what I've been able to find out about this guitar looking through forums online, it is seemingly quite rare! The SB70 (Studio Blazer) w/DiMarzio Super 70 humbuckers is a beast! Internet rumors say that there were only 300 or so made, out of spare parts from the discontinued Ibanez Studio of that time and the discontinued Ibanez Blazer.  The few that I have found have been well-played, even fiercely played! Judging by the natural wear on this old road dog, it has probably seen more groupies and tour buses than any of us!Everything I'm listing in here about the guitar is from internet research, but I will say that this thing very very cool! The frets are worth at the top of the neck but still very playable, the pickups and knobs appear original and the knobs even have the rubber grip bands around them original to this instrument! Everything works and sounds great, plays fantastic, and will make you look like best friends with the Rolling Stones! Coolest part in my opinion is the fret board wear!!!!
