'66 reissue MIJ U- Serial (2010) JM66B Fender Jazzmaster 3-Tone Sunburst with Block inlays and Neck BindingHere is a very rare JM66B (the 'B' standing for Blocks & Binding) Jazzmaster. Very few of these were built by Fender Japan, most being the regular '66 reissue with dot inlays and no neck binding. As you can see from the pics this has all the original paperwork with expired Japanese warranty card inc. matching serial number, fender booklet, bridge tool and fitted Fender gig bag. You can see from the warranty card she is an authentic JM66B so has not been mixed & matched. She is exactly as she came out the factory. She has a lightweight Alder body with 3-ply brown tort pick guard. Really resonant too and feels great to play. Neck dead straight, truss rod fine, plenty of life left in the frets. Structurally and electrically sound. No issues at all. She is in great cosmetic condition too, just a couple little scuffs around the bottom, on the pick guard etc, but nothing serious or worth noting. A very cool '66 RI Fender MIJ B+B Jazzmaster. The cost of importing something like this from Japan (if you could find one) now with the £ so low would be astronomical. Don't miss it, once she's gone she's gone.
