This auction is for a 1975 USA made Gibson S-1. It's a rare model as the S-1 was only around for 6 or 7 years. I'm the original owner and the guitar has spent most of the last 25 years either in the case or on a guitar stand in my smoke-free home studio. The guitar is in great shape considering the age, it's all original except for some pickguard screws and the guitar strap pegs. I have the original pegs and will either install before shipping or include in the case. There's some normal wear on the back and a few nicks in the front, but the guitar has really been lightly used. It plays and sounds great! I'm reluctantly selling because I'm moving and need to raise money for expenses and also need to downsize my collection. The case has some vinyl wear & tear and one of the plastic handle loops is in need of repair. Check my rating and bid with confidence. Thanks for looking!
