This bell was bought in 1996 and has remained in great condition. I am selling because I really don't use it and someone should. The bell does not have the serial number so I included the serial number from the horn which is 1189. Shires started numbers at 1000. The bell has a couple of larger scratches but nothing that effects playability. No dents and plays beautifully. The engraving is almost all the way up the bell. It is stunning. When I bought this, I was told it was the first horn purchased from Shires on the West Coast. It really needs to be in the hands of someone who is going to play this. Feel free to ask any questions!
