Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is your exclusive remedy. Cracking of natural wood instrument bodies on piccolos, double reeds and clarinets may occur due to environmental conditions and would most likely not be viewed as defective. However natural wood instrument bodies deemed defective will be repaired or replaced during the five-year warranty period. This Warranty also gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
