2013 Gibson Custom 1959 ES-335 in Vintage Sunburst Made in Nashville
Serial Number A93081This guitar is in on trade and it is in great shape. It is clean, cosmetically and fully functioning. The neck is straight, the frets are crowned and the truss rod is functioning properly. Included with the guitar is the original hardshell case and certificate of authenticity.The ES-335 has long been a staple of the guitar world for many reasons. The '59 version MAY be my favorite of all time, thanks mostly to its super chunky neck that seems to make these things sing and scream with the best of them! This neck fills your hand, and while it's not the preferred neck of many fleet fingered players, the tone it helps produce is undeniable. The Custom Bucker Pickups are some of the more versatile pickups from Gibson. They have a great, open clean sound that can be dulled with the tone controls if need be. When overdriven, they smoothen up and sing with sustain. Rolling off the volume gets them to clean up nicely while reducing the highs as well. Most of the guitars have plain maple tops but this one has some light figuring giving it a great look.
