This is a vintage 3 row, 2 reed (MM) diatonic button box accordion made in Vienna, Austria by Franz Hochholzer, probably in the 1930s. It is in the keys of C,F,Bb. It is in good physical and playing condition for its age, but could probably use a little tune up. It has a flat keyboard with German fingering including standing keys/tones (gleichtons) in the 2nd and 3rd rows, but can easily be changed to Czech/Bohemian or Tex-Mex (Hohner Vienna or Corona style) fingering without the standing tones, if you prefer, at no additional charge. Has 6 helikon basses. Bellows are in good condition. Decent compression for its age. Comes with leather shoulder straps, a leather bass strap in decent condition. Has a palm air button. Attractive wood with nice inlays. Has typical scratched, blemishes from use. Feel free to ask any further questions prior to bidding/buying, as sale if final. The instrument is described honestly and accurately. Free shipping.
