G&L Legacy electric guitar.Early version from C 1992 / 1993 ( the neck has a date stamp of Jan 8 1993 , and the body has a stamp of Dec 16 1992)1992 was the first year of production for the Legacy and as they were short of bridges on a certain number of guitars they used old stock bridges with serial numbers on from the 1980s -" In early 1993, G&L had run out of neck plates with serial numbers and, in order to keep production moving, used some leftover bridges from the early 1980s. According to G&L, less than 40 guitars left the factory with these old bridges." This guitar is one that has an old bridge that was factory fitted. Details here - http://ggjaguar.com/legacy.htmIt also has a serial number of 33743 on the 3 bolt neck plate which is also on the neck cavity of the body ( see pics below).This guitar also has a seymour duncan mini humbucker at the bridge with a push push coil tap on the tone control. Otherwise , the guitar is stock.Its in used , roadworn condition but is a great guitar. It has a lovely feeling neck with maple board,the frets are good with some light fretwear inthe open chord positions.There are quite a lot of marks, indents and scratches to the body as detailled in the pics below , and some very minor light indents on the back of the neck. The trem arm is included.Plays very well, feels great and the strings are new 10s but you may wish to set up to suit your requirements once received.Comes with original case which is tatty, one latch is completely missing and the interior has a dank, musty oudor.
