This microphone took a spill and ended up sitting in the closet for a few years. Sometimes it sounds fine, other times noisy wind sounds swell up and there are occasional R2D2 sounds.It has not had a proper diagnosis, and my best guess from researching on the net, is that the Capsule needs to be replaced. About $250 to fix. I tried replacing the tube but the noises were still there. The original tube was a Telefunken EF12 and the replacement was a NOS Telefunken EF12K. I am including them both. It seems like there is a good chance that they both work, but I have no way of testing them.Also, the bolt on the shock mount that holds the angle is stripped. It still works fine. I was using a piece of cardboard squeezed into the mount to hold it at the proper angle. See pictures.Sold AS-IS. No Returns
