This guitar is kind of like a time capsule of what many guitarist did to their guitars in the classic age of rock. It looks, sounds and plays amazingly but has a brass nut, removed pickup covers, new knobs and heel repair and the resulting neck refinish. These are simply what happened to guitars in this era that were gigged and this one was gigged for good reason, it sounds amazing. Its a little over 9 lbs which is light for a Les Paul Custom. This has all the great tone woods too, Mahogany and ebony give it a classic Les Paul voice and the T Tops add the bite. Comes with the original hard shell case, all electronics are original, including Gibson T Top humbuckers, 1972 dated potentiometers, capacitors, wiring.
