Antique, collectable and playable vintage J. Mollenhauer full Boehm system concert C flute, completely rebuilt with Valentino E series pads. Very rare FULDA that was an early 20th century import for Lyon and Healy of Chicago. Serial number is 18333. There's a hairline crack in the head joint approx., 4 inches long, repaired with grenadilla powder and super glue (non-toxic), the G# lever and B trill keys have been fixed with steel epoxy (600 degrees) and hardener, the ring at the end of the foot joint is missing, and left hand support bracket has also been lost, however, the insert is still on the body. NOTE: All of the previously listed have no effect on this flutes' playability. It has unique antique and musical value, due to its' rarity and the condition. The lower notes have less projection than modern flutes, however the middle and upper registers have a very sweet, warm sound.
