Custom Orders Achillies Amplification has the ability to create anything your creative mind desires. We understand that choosing a cabinet is a special personal item that only you feel comfortable with. “We get that”… which is why we started the business to help customers enjoy what they have really been looking for in a guitar amplifier cabinet. We can work with you to create your personal cabinet with the right combination of components and materials. We have 18 colours of Vinyl amplifier covering in stock to choose from with all being the most popular over the period we have been making custom cabinets and amplifiers. Pricing will be determined by the complexity of your design. So if you don’t see what you like here please feel free to email or call us to discuss your custom cabinet order further.

  

Production Order Time All cabinets require no more than 15 business days production time and the product cannot dispatch until the cabinet is completed. Rarely would production exceed more than 30 business days of completion. We allow this amount of days from the time you place your order until you receive your item. Cabinets take about 7 business days to manufacture although we also require drying time during the gluing process, any backorder materials, and also packaging time to have your cabinet arrive safely to the buyer’s location.  Customers making larger orders need to contact us for a lead-time quotation before ordering if time is critical. If a cabinet is in stock then the order will be pushed forward and possibly dispatch out the next business day.

Return Policy We strive to give customer satisfaction by being accurate and understanding to the customers needs. Orders are carefully taken in consideration to ensure that all specifications are correct to the customer’s requirements. Please understand that NO REFUNDS will be issued for custom ordered cabinets. If the item is defective upon arrival we will ask you to return the item back to us in it’s original packaging for investigation. Product returns must be sent back to us at buyer’s expense, within 30 days. We will replace, repair or refund the purchase price in full depending on the circumstance. Please be ready to provide pictures of the product and a written explanation of the reason the item is being returned.  We are always happy to assist!

Payment Please use ebay check out for order confirmation. We accept Paypal and bank Deposit for domestic purchases, International customers must pay through Paypal only. All payments must be received within 7 days of auction purchase.

 
 

Shipping Achillies Amps uses Regular Parcel Post for domestic destination and will post orders to confirmed Paypal address only, unless an alternative address is provided via email confirmation. We cannot send to P.O Box addresses if package is larger than a 3 kg bag.  All orders will despatch within 24 – 48 business hours of payment clearing. Cabinets will despatch once the order is completed and ready for postage. Tracking will be available and emailed within that time frame. All orders oversized will be sent with the least expensive courier method. Tracking will be provided with a guaranteed delivery time of 3 business days. If you happen to find a cheaper courier please advice us and we would be happy to use your preferred courier. We also offer combined postage rates. You can save a lot of money on postage costs when purchasing multiple items. Each item will despatch on half of that items posted courier rate, so email us for a detailed postage quote.  For confirmation of courier rates or any additional services please contact us before you make your purchase.

 
 

International Customers All parcels are sent via Australia Post Airmail International. Estimated 3-10 business day delivery to metropolitan areas of major cities to 190 countries. Economy shipping service is also available for heavier items up to 20kg as a low cost option when speed is not a priority. Estimated 2-3 months delivery time. Any larger items will need to be sent via FedEx as Australian Post has a weight and size limit. If you happen to find a better shipping rate please advice us and we would be happy to use your preferred courier. We also offer combined shipping rates. You can save a lot of money on shipping when purchasing multiple items. Each item will ship on half of that items posted shipping rate, so email us for a detailed shipping quote. Many countries carry their own customs, duties and taxes on items brought into the country. Import duties are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included shipping cost or item price. Please consider these extra charges and check with your customs office to determine these additional costs prior to your purchase.
