The cutting edge electronics have been utilised in the switching system. The Majesty is cutting edge guitar design Classic solid body guitar design hasn't changed much in the last sixty years. There is nothing wrong with that. Music Man don't try to be classic though. They offer some of the best made, unique and modern solid body electric guitars and basses you can buy. The Music Man Majesty in Polar Noir is testament to that. It has taken ingredients from two well known solid body guitar designs, Strat and Les Paul, and developed a guitar that breaks all the moulds. It has unbelievable playability, immaculate construction and a multitude of sounds. The Music Man Majesty features a basswood body with a maple top and a mahogany through neck. The Polar Noir has a matte finish that turns translucent near the centre. It shows off the cool carbon fibre effect of the maple top. The scale length of the The Majesty is twenty five and a half inches. The fretboard is made from ebony with the Petrucci shield and special Majesty inlays. The twenty four frets have ridiculously good access. right up to the 24th fret. As with all Music Man guitars the Majesty has a neck to die for. Amazingly play-able. Super comfortable. The Music Man Majesty 6 String John Petrucci in Polar Noir is a modern guitar with some brilliant design features. Another ground breaking instrument.
