Gibson B.B. King Lucille 2013 Cherry - MINT VERY RARE This mint condition 2013 Gibson B B King Lucille in Cherry came to us from a privately owned, 102-piece collection that we just recently acquired. Every piece in the collection is in pristine condition and this beautiful guitar is no exception.  Most guitars in this collection were played only in the collector's home and for the most part were not played more than once or twice and then stored in their cases. This guitar is in mint condition (no scratches or blemishes). The hardware is in exceptional condition on the guitar & has not tarnished. The guitar was well cared for and has been professionally set up by us with fresh strings.Because of the unusual head stock, we called Gibson to verify make and model of this guitar.  The head stock is a carry over from the Gem Series Lucille (built in 2012).  The Gibson rep suggested that the few Gem inlay necks remaining were place into the production line for the early 2013 Lucille guitars. Don't miss out on a very rare Lucille!From the Web - This Gibson Memphis B.B. King model is based on the blues great's ES-355 semi-hollow body guitar. The body is thin and, per B.B. King's specs, the neck profile is somewhere between a slim '60s and fatter '58 carve. Electronics include two 490 Alnico pickups, stereo outputs (allowing separate outputs for each pickup), and the six-position vari-tone switch for some preset tonal options. The guitar also features a '70s-era, fine-tuning TP-6 tailpiece.
