It has a wide and slim C profile Maple neck with a beautiful dark Rosewood fingerboard which has a 7.25" radius and clay dots. It's missing the thumbrest and the pickup cover but otherwise all original. This bass has plenty of mojo and plays great, it has straight neck and original frets which are in great shape with minimal wear. As you can see this bass has a fair amount of play wear & checking to the finish, there's also lots of buckle rash on the back and a few larger scuffs and dings around the edges of the body. There's are small crack in the tip of the pickguard by the jack socket which has been repaired/glued and is now stable. This bass has been fully set up with a fresh set of flat wound strings. The neck dates August 1964, both pots date to mid 64, the pickups have Black bobbins and original winds. Serial number: L36158, weight: 8lbs 6oz. Neck dimensions, Nut width:43.79mm" depth at 1st: 20.2mm"
