1994 Gibson J-45 Western 100th Anniversary ( one of 100 made )
Both a fine player, as well as a collector piece. This fine J-45 is not only a beautiful, but a great sounding guitar, with its original Case!
The action is spot on with a recent set-up.. No buzzes when played with medium force , but a nice "stang" can be achieved when played with command.. The sustain is and harmonics are both great.. Great high, mid & low range balance.. Not too bassy with a nice chime.
There is a touch of elbow blushing on the upper bout (that i highlighted it a picture) and a touch of fret wear (high lighted as well). The back has very light button worming and a slight haze from rubbing on clothing as well as the lower waist, that can not be seen in the pictures.. so be aware of that.. I've taken great care of this guitar out of respect for it, there is nothing that could considered a ding, though some natural aging shows tiny lacquer blisters the neck, but No open wounds.... This been my signature guitar, and part of my look.. so its tough to give up.
The guitar and it original case will be packed to, or better than Fed Ex standards for safe for shipping. The first $500 for shipping insurance will be covered..beyond that an additional $2.00 per $100 for additional coverage will be required.
Shipping charge of $100 includes packaging and allocated insurance coverage.. The actual shipping cost may be a little less, but the materials and packing time will far exceed the balance.
