I have here a classic Roland RE-201 Space Echo.
CONDITION In a reasonable cosmetic condition for its age, there are some wear marks and blemish here and there with some oxidation inside and on the metal parts as pictured. This one is missing the four rubber legs on the side as shown.Functionally the unit appears to be working fine, both the ECHO and REVERB effects working on all the settings. Maybe a slight bad contacts on the Mode Selector knob, which could do with some adjustment/servicing as there is also a bit of scratch noise on the Volume knobs when controlling. The tape on it seems to be worn so I recommend you install a new tape. The VU meter backlight does not light up, but the VU meter and the Peak Light are working fine.I'm including plenty of pictures so you can see exactly how it looks.**This unit was made for the Japanese market which runs on 100 volts. The USA market runs on 110 volts, basically it will work fine in the USA as its only a small voltage difference, but for optimal longevity of the unit I recommend a step down converter which you can buy for about $10- $20.There are lots of sites selling these, like http://www.voltageconverters.com/japan_voltage.html or you should be able to get one in an electrical supply shop.
