Fender '66 Reissue MIJ U-Serial (2010) JM66 Jazzmaster in Rare Jupiter Blue w/ Competition StripesStunning looking Fender Jazzmaster in super rare factory finished Jupiter blue with Vintage White competition stripes. These were never made for export outside of Japan and were made in only very small numbers there back in 2010. Outside of the rarity value she's a kickass 1966 Reissue with top quality lightweight alder body, nice vintage 7.25" neck radius, 3-ply perloid pickguard, maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. Really resonant too and feels great to play. She is all still factory spec with no mods or repairs. Neck dead straight, truss rod fine, plenty of life left in the frets. Structurally and electrically sound. No issues at all, like all Jazzmasters she might be improved by the addition on a buzz stop or a new bridge, but that's personal preference . Condition-wise she is almost perfect, I can only see a couple little fine scuffs on the bottom when holding it to the light. She is of course complete with trem arm & padded Fender gig bag. All in all very cool '66 RI Fender Jazzmaster in a sought-after colour. Fender have long since finished Jazzmaster production in Japan and moved to Mexico to cut costs. The cost of importing something like this used from Japan (and you'd need to look really hard to find one!) with the £ so low, plus customs and shipping would be astronomical (& also risky). Don't miss this one, once she's gone she's gone. All my guitars are shipped in padded purpose designed tough durable boxes. The guitar will reach you in perfect condition.
