Guitar is red finish color over flame maple top. The guitar features original slanted, rear route JTO pickups and locking tremolo. Body is alder wood and the neck is maple with a rosewood fingerboard. This guitar features original lead/rhythm circuit and early original adjustable Demeter midboost preamp. The dummy pickups coils in the rear of the guitar are part of the lead/rhythm circuit. The entire guitar with dummy coil pickups, battery, locking bridge and tremolo arm still only weighs 7 lbs 14 oz! Without these features, this guitar would probably be in the 7.0 lbs range. The white button is for on off of the lead circuit and is adjustable in the amount of boost by the knob on the guitar. The mini toggle right by that is for full on of the bridge pickup. The other direction of that mini toggle sends through the 3 mini toggles which are for series/parallel/off for each pickup for a dizzying array of tones. This truly is a studio players dream. Guitar is in very good to excellent used condition, above average condition for a guitar of this age. Finish is nice and brilliant in general. It shows some signs of wear from normal use and age (finish checking) as seen in the photos. Comes with hardcase and tremolo arm.
