This is an outstanding "one of a kind" cobalt blue Morris mandolin with excellent projection, playability and sound. The top is sitka spruce. Back and sides are maple. 3 piece laminated maple neck with steel bar epoxied in for stiffener, non-adjustable. Ebony adjustable bridge. Radiused cocobolo rosewood fretboard. Parallel tone bars. Grover tuners and tailpiece. Strap button on the heel and tailpiece. GHS 260 strings. This mandolin has a very nice warm, woody sound and fits in with any genre of music. Can definitely be heard in a group setting. The blue shown in the picture is brighter than the actual photo. It's a much deeper cobalt color. This is the only cobalt blue mandolin I've made and I believe is a real stunner! Comes with gigbag and 48 hour trial period. S/H/I depends on location of customer.
