Hi,Up for sale is this gorgeous Pono Pro Classic Tenor ukulele. Pono is one of the best values for a quality instrument out there, and the pro-classic is their top of the line. RTSH5 stands for "R"osewood back and sides, "T"enor, "S"lot "H"ead, and 5 is the extra abalone binding and gold tuning pegs. This uke is in great condition with only a slight ding on the back (pictured).Pono is the import line of the KO’OLAU company... one of the big 'K' uke makers out of Hawaii. The Pono Pro Classic features many of the top of the line features that you just don't see from most ukulele's, even ones that cost twice as much as this. Features include: -Pono passive pickup system: Sounds great amplified or unplugged
-Adjustable truss rod: Ensures the neck stays straight, or can be adjusted to the ideal action for the player
-Radiused fretboard: A slight curve across the fretboard, nut and bridge to more naturally fit the shape of the finger to ease playing barre cords
-Solid spruce top and solid rosewood back and sides: Spruce is a softer, brighter tonewood, with great upper end sparkle and tons of projection and quick attack. Coupled with rosewood to bring out the low end, this is a favorite for acoustic guitar and makes a great sounding uke
-Slot Head with gold tuners
-Abalone binding
-Rosewoood fretboard, bridge, faceplate and binding with abalone, rosewood and pinstripe
-Bone nut and saddleThe neck on the Pono is a bit chunkier and rounder than some ukes, giving you plenty to hold on to. It is set up to perfection and plays great. I will definitely regret letting this uke go, but I need to raise some funds for the holidays! I'll almost certainly buy another when funds free up! Please take a look at my other items.
