Hello and thanks for looking! Up for auction is a Gibson Les Paul Custom 1981 guitar in sunburst with gold hardware. Everything is stock on the guitar, the Tim Shaw pickups, tuners, pots etc and is the best example that I’ve seen on the internet! It’s in superb condition for its age - minor buckle rash impressions on the back but not breaking through the paint, binding yellowed in places but intact, frets perfect, the back of the neck still glossy with no wear through… definitely collectors grade. The guitar does weigh a bit like all guitars from that period but the pay off is a massive sounding instrument. Through an amp it sounds more like a Steinway piano than a guitar…. Should you wish to have more detailed photographs then let me know. And don’t hesitate to ask any questions as I’m always happy to answer! Good luck and best wishes, Ben ps. I’m auctioning off a couple more guitars - a USA Custom Shop Charvel with signed EVH limited Edition pickup and a GJ2 Glendora in mint green.
