Snider Bach - Full size B flat 4 rotary Valves Case Included It was purchased brand new in 1994 from Cosmo Music for a little over $6600. In 1995 it sustained a drop which gave it three dents. Two were professionally repaired by Band Instrument Services in Toronto. One in the bell and one in the first bend. It has one small, very shallow dent in the second bend which was deemed cosmetic and I chose not to bother with repair as it gave it some character. I have attached a photo with a lip balm for scale, (and can provide repair receipt) the case and the instrument itself. There is minimal wear and tear. It has been cased and in heated storage for its lifespan. As with all horn instruments, the valves need occasionally to be oiled. There is some included with the case, the fourth valve is a little sticky due to lack of use and might need a bit of oil during warm up. The Case is solid. There are some scuffs on the side opposite the handle. All the latches and hinges work wonderfully. The handle is in ship shape and the interior is immaculate. I am forwarding photos of every defect I could see so you are clear on the condition of the instrument and the case. It is a great instrument!! It has otherwise been very well cared for and is in great condition.
