Welcome to my auction for my Fender Telecaster California Series, in sunburst. I have owned this guitar since new (1997), and am selling it to fund further university studies. If it wasn't for this, I would not be selling it as I love this guitar. It plays so well, and holds a lot of sentimental value.The guitar is in excellent condition apart from a very small dint in the paintwork underneath the guitar by the cable jack (see photo). The guitar would probably benefit from a new set of strings at some point.These guitars are rare as Fender only made them for two years (1997 and 1998). These Tele's feature vintage hardware such as Kluson-style tuners and a vintage bridge with six individual steel saddles. The original allen keys are included to adjust these. The guitar has medium jumbo frets which have no wear at all, and these make string bending and playability much easier in contrast to the usual thin vintage frets. This guitar features a "Fat Tele" pickup arrangement with a Fender USA humbucker neck pickup and a bridge pickup, which is different to most normal Telecasters, and gives a wide range of sounds.All of the original tags are included, as is the original fitted hard Fender case.The guitar stand in the pictures is not included.I am also selling a Peavey Rage 158 15 Watt amplifier and Crybaby Wa-Wa peddle as well, so please do check out my other listings.I would consider shipping this internationally, but you must contact me before the end of the auction so that I can look into how much this would cost.Happy Bidding!Hi, I have had several requests for a best offer price.
