Hello and welcome to my auction,a very special treat here, this excellent condition (pretty near mint actually) and very beautiful 2006 Eastwood Airline 2P DLX is number 728 off of the original production line finished in the most iconic colour - classic Red.  Within the first thousand ever made when Eastwood first brought this dynamic and iconic guitar back, after artists like Jack White of The White Stripes re-popularised these classic brands again, if you're checking this listing out then you probably know that the 2P DLX has been long-since discontinued and replaced by newer versions, so obviously these original run models are now gold dust and very hard to find, especially in this condition and in the original Red...This is the original model before Eastwood started tinkering with the design and ending up with the new versions that, for my money anyway, are not as well made.  This beauty features a chambered mahogany body with a bolt-on maple neck with bound rosewood fingerboard and pearl block inlays, Alnico V humbuckers, 3-way pickup selection, individual pickup volume and tone controls plus master volume control, 3-on-a-strip vintage style Kluson keystone machineheads, tune-o-matic bridge and custom moulded chrome tailpiece.I cannot speak highly enough of the production value in this guitar, it is very beautifully made, plays well and feels great.  The condition is excellent, with only minor surface marks here and there consistent with a guitar now 10 years old and loved but not over-played or mistreated, listing as 'used' so the buyer will know what to expect.  She actually hasn't had much playtime at all to be honest and the frets show that, you are unlikely to find one of these in this condition very easily from the original run (especially in the UK) and this would make a superb player or collector's item for any dedicated guitar fan.
