Killer Edwards Les Paul Custom.  This guitar has had a lot of work done to it.  It was originally a gloss white color with a super heavy poly finish.  The finish was stripped off to bare wood, sanded and refinished with a very thin layer of clear poly and buffed.  Going for that 70's-80's Les Paul Custom look and it turned out great in my opinion.  It looks like a 3K+ Gibson custom from the 70's and just as heavy. The fret board is ebony and plays super smooth.  Frets have lots of life in them.  Plays well now but recommend setting it up to your preference. Bridge pickup is a Seymour Duncan JB, and I think the neck is a duncan but could be original I'm not sure.  The electronics  have been replaced with CTS, pots, orange drop caps in a pre wired kit.  A new Tusq nut was also installed and historic type truss rod cover installed. All the original gold Gotoh hardware was kept as it was good.  Tuners work fine.  Gibson reflector knobs and pickup rings were also used.  This guitar is heavy and has a full thick sound. Good for rock and heavier stuff but could do anything. These older Edwards guitars are an incredible value and will smoke any Epiphone and give any Gibson a run for it's money especially with the upgrades. The issues with this guitar are cosmetic, the binding is rough in places and there is a broken spot on each side of the nut where the binding ends before the nut.  Not sure how this happened.  I'm sure it can be repaired without too much effort. It does not affect the playability of the guitar at all.  The neck feels great with the thin finish. This is a killer player grade guitar and a TON of bang for the buck. Will ship in a Gibson gig bag. Please ask any questions you may have and thanks for looking.
