This 1953 P-Bass Reissue is somewhat rare, and offers a high quality level that is expected of Fender Japan craftsmanship. Recording Studio Storage Sale! This bass we are selling for a recording studio and it's spent most of the last decade unplayed, unused in storage, and is in Excellent condition with no significant fret wear or wear in general. It has all original parts. Released in collaboration with Sting, and harkening back to his time with the Police; this bass is a faithful limited edition reproduction of the 1953 Precision Bass. Contoured and resonant lightweight ash body with single-ply pickguard. Maple neck and fretboard with a 7.25" radius, a vintage 2-saddle bridge, and a vintage single-coil pickup. Enjoy this re-creation of the P Bass from the early days and pay homage to a great player at the same time. Includes Fender gig bag. Cosmetics: This bass is in Excellent condition. We will polish it up before it leaves on it's way to an new owner. Only one small ding has been noticed, and some patina that could be polished out is there due to sitting in storage.
