From The Shaman, at The Shaman Shack, Austin, TX Fantastic, very George Harrison sounding Martin D12-20 that did great for me in the studio and (sometimes) live. I had acquired this D12-20, and like all 12 strings, it needed work. I took it locally to Mark Erlewine, who is Willie Nelson's guitar tech for Trigger. He did $650 worth of service work, and it plays fantastically. The receipt of service is included (see pics). The service work bill of health and setup is as follows: No buzzes, Medium Action, setup for light D'Addario strings (although I've used others, and even ultra lights, that still sound great),  Complete Fretwork,  Saddle and Nut Compensation, Installation of a K&K Trinity pickup (I listened to many and this was bar none the best sounding one), which has both a floating microphone in the guitar that blends with a 3 *contact* mic system. Not a piezo. The contact mics sound amazing and 'woody'.The mic system itself was another $250 that I spent and brought to Mark.
