2013 Fender American Special Jazz Bass for sale. Sadowsky onboard preamp upgrade with active/passive bypass. Original Fender American single coil jazz pickups. Excellent condition. No noticeable gouges, scrapes, dents, belt rash, etc. Black gloss is still very reflective as seen in the photos. Chrome is rust free. Maple neck is smooth, straight, and grain is nice. Frets are great, no sharp edges. Bridge has been upgraded to a Gotoh bridge for improved intonation and sustain. Official Fender padded gig bag with original owners manual and other case candy included. Be be sure to stand apart with the upgraded Sadowsky onboard 2 band preamp with Vintage Tone Control (VTC)!! 9v onboard preamp. Pop out battery compartment added to back of body. Controls are Vol/Blend/VTC Tone/Stacked Bass and Treble. Tone knob also is push/pull to switch between passive/active mode. Stacked treble/bass tone knob make shaping your sound a breeze.
