Super rare! 2008 Gibson Custom Shop Inspired by Slash Les Paul Signed by Slash & Aged by Tom Murphy, limited edition of 100, guitar is in 9.5/10 as mint condition.Come with original Gibson Custom Shop case as well as all the original paperwork, case candy, and COA (with faux signature of Slash).BUT WAIT! THERES MORE....First, the serial number is a single digit number. (See Image Six!)ONE MORE THING...It comes with the Guitar Center five foot tall poster promoting the guitar (See Image Nine).PLEASE LOOK CLOSE!I was playing one of my other guitars, and this guitar was hanging over the GC poster. The more I looked at it, the more similarities I saw.... and then I realized THIS IS THE SAME GUITAR IN THE POSTER. So the guitar in the GC poster IS THIS GUITAR. I added an image that shows a close up of the poster body and this body. Look at the cigarette burn. Look at the top wear lines. But most of all, look at the wood grain- EXACTLY the same! (I would also recommend you look an any and all other versions of this guitar on Google Images- you will see there really is not all that mush consistency with the wear on these guitars).If you want more, I can shoot close ups of neck inlays- they match also. Even all the screws (Stop bar, pick up poles, etc) are EXACTLY the same.So what you are getting is the same guitar Slash modeled and played during the photo shoot. I have included an image of the Guitar Center catalogue with Slash on the cover with this guitar. There are three more images with Slash and this guitar in the magazine.I also have a few Guitar Center catalogues with pictures of Slash and this guitar, all of which are included in this sale.This guitar is virtually unplayed by me. It still has the same strings on it Slash played on during the promo shoot.I am the original buyer and only owner of this item I bought it new at Guitar Center the day it came out. I have the original box this shipped from Gibson to Guitar Center in- Unless other arraignments are made, it will ship in that box.Finally, I should just mention the SOUND of this guitar. It is incredibly nasty and loud. It deserves to be a Slash!
