Vintage Univox Model 1051 200w Tube Amp HeadThe head is the 200w variation (100w/channel) with 4 speaker outputs.  Switchable to 2, 4 or 8ohm output.  Probably built in 1968, 6 tubes, 3 12AX7A and 3 6L6GC, and 2 large transformers inside, rotary switch to change the impedance for 2, 4, or 8 ohm speakers. Below the rotary switch it says "music power 200 watts". There is a channel for guitar, and a channel for bass. Both have high and low gain inputs.This amp is AWESOME! The sound is warm and vibrant. Plenty of head room. Holds its own on Bass and or Guitar. Missing the name badge, but those can be found somewhere on eBay. Recently serviced, caps replaced and tubes updated. There are no known issues, everything seems to be operating exactly as it should.
