original 1965 Gibson Firebird V non-reverse with RARE Firebird pickups!!!

Olivia's Vintage would like to present this original 1965 Gibson non-reverse Firebird V in its original Sunburst finish and original rare nickel plated Firebird pickups. It has a good playing neck with worn, but good frets. It's all original and 100% complete with the exception of the tremolo arm. It even has its original hardshell case with one broken latch. There are some cracks in the top that run over the bottom edge of the body. These cracks are not a threat to the structural integrity of this guitar as they are only in the thin wood on the underside of the control cavity. The pickguard appears to have been painted at one time, as the underside has residue, and the top of the pickguard has been scrubbed with something abrasive which also removed the Firebird symbol. The symbol has been redrawn in blue ink. There are nicks + dings, finish checking, light belt buckle wear, and other cosmetic wear. All electronics work and sound great. There were some solder joints that were redone at some point in time. The headstock is very secure as it has never had a headstock break or crack.
