For auction here is a vintage Buffet clarinet. Serial number 244211. I hope the pictures will show condition and quality. I have played it and it sounds amazing. All cork and pads seem to be in good shape. The only issue I know of is a missing spring on the A or Ab key? the one with the adjuster screw at the top of the top joint. I had just wedged it closed so I could play it but it should not cost much to have the spring replaced. You can see the case is marked USN and the clarinet is stamped USN above the serial numbers. I assume this was at one time part of the United States Navy Band. Please ask any questions. Thanks for looking Im not sure if its readable in pictures, the vintage hard rubber mouth piece is a Frank L. Kaspar Ann Arbor Mich. and is in very good condition.
