DescriptionMost musician's don't have a disposable income where we can drop $3,000 or more on one guitar. I created these TimeWarp guitars because I believe that anyone should be able to buy a Custom Shop quality Fender guitar for a good price, and not a parts guitar made up to look like a Fender. I am a skilled craftsman who delivers a work of art that proudly wears the Fender name, because it is a Fender. This TimeWarp 52 started life as a like new 2013 factory Fender Road Worn 50s Tele, and was transformed into an authentic looking and playing custom shop quality '52 Telecaster through the TimeWarp process of aging and relic work. It is incredibly realistic in its look, and the tone is pure vintage Fender thanks to the Fender American Custom Shop Nocaster pickups. This Fender guitar would cost $3,500 or more if it came out of the Custom Shop. The work that went into it takes this guitar to a whole new level. The upgraded period correct slot head screws are Callaham, the best in the business, including the shorter intonation screws. They not only look better, they save your knuckles. The amount of checking and player wear makes it look truly authentic and is usually found only on a real 1950s model, or Masterbuilt guitars. The Nitro on the body and neck is thin and allows the wood to resonate, just like Leo wanted it, and it will continue to age. It has the look, feel and tone you want, without a vintage price tag. The neck was aged to look a true work horse, and the original decal was aged to look like it is above the finish, just like the original. The medium jumbo frets are full, and it has a vintage 7.25" radius and a full profile. Part of their TimeWarp process is to remove the serial number and stamp it into the heel of the neck, which adds to the aura and keeps the important serial number with your guitar. The American Fender Custom Shop Nocaster pickups have the classic Tele tone as only Fender can do. They're fully cloth wired to a 3 way switch, as well as a repro 1950s drop cap and a Switchcraft output jack upgrade. One of the best features is a period correct serial number stamped on the USA Fender Pat. Pend. bridge with compensated brass saddles. It comes complete with the plush factory Fender gig bag, as well as the case candy. While it's a relic, the guitar is like new. It was created to look this way and there are no issues. It's better than the day it left the Fender factory. It looks, sounds and plays better and you get all the vintage guitar you want without the vintage price tag. Model: TimeWarp 52 (TW52) Weight: 7 lbs, 7 oz Shipping to AK, HI and PR is 15.00 more.
