Wow what a find! Probably the rarest saxophone mouthpiece on Ebay. For your consideration: one super rare New York Meyer Bros series I "Marcus Special" large chamber tenor mouthpiece circa 1936-1948. This mouthpiece was one of two special series I pieces named after famous teachers or musicians, in this case Sam Marcus, music educator and saxophonist. The mouthpiece features include "Meyer" written lengthwise on the body, "New York" stamped on the shank top side, "Meyer Bros," stamped on table side, and short shank with rounded edge. Please pay particular attention to the pictures which should give you an idea of its condition. There are no chips on the frontal rail, tip rail, or side rails. I'm not a saxophone player, but if I can I will answer any of your questions to the best of my ability. So give me a call, text, or email with any questions. Due to its age, this item is sold as is with no warranties or guarantees implied and no returns.
