Hello Ebayers! For your consideration is the FrankenPaul. It is comprised of a 1970's Les Paul body, and a 1960's neck (presumably an SG). This was definitely a project, was repainted, and was pieced together. The neck joint is not the prettiest, but it structurally sound and plays well. The face of the headstock was repainted, and it was an amateur job. It is not completely terrible, just not a pro job. It the most noticeable around the Gibson logo. Tuners work perfectly. This was refretted professionally by us here at the store, so the frets are new and looking killer. Fretboard looks awesome. The binding along the neck shows some aging. The body was also repainted, and although not the worst, it is noticeably an amateur job. Binding is also aged. The pickups are Lindy Fralin P90s. The switches, covers, knobs, bridge and tail piece are all replacements. The guitar plays well but is definitely for a player, and not a museum. No case or gig bag. WE SHIP FAST!
