Heel length: 3-1/2 inchesI'm happy to ship to the lower 48 states for $86 flat rate (insured with adult signature required), and there will be an additional $30 charge for Alaska and Hawaii. International buyers will be responsible for the full costs of shipping and customs (and please don't ask me to low-ball the value - I won't) and must contact me before bidding or your bid may be cancelled. I have calculated shipping to a couple of international places and it is pretty shocking. For example, the shipping charges and fees to China are half of the price of the guitar, so be prepared - that being said, it just might be worth it for this American-made guitar! :o)As for returns, I simply can't offer an open-ended return policy anymore because someone damaged one of my items and claimed it arrived that way and insisted on a return. Bless their hearts, eBay says they can't verify that the damage didn't occur after I took my photos so they sided with the buyer and I had to eat the return shipping charges as well as the reduction in value of my damaged item. If something goes wrong, I will DEFINITELY work with you so please contact me, but I need to have honest dialogues and not be the victim anymore. I hope you understand. If it arrives damaged, you must take photos of the packaging in order to get an insurance refund, so if you don't have lots of good, expository photos of the damaged packaging you will not get a refund. If you get it and hate it, I'll take it back for a 15% restocking fee as long as you send it back at your expense, insured with adult signature required. My feedback is important to me, and I will do what I can to make things right if any problems are my fault! Please check out the photos as they are part of the description. Ask me any questions before bidding so we can avoid some potential headaches. I'm doing my best to describe this as best as I can (I'm just a casual player, not a luthier!), but if you get it and inspect it and find things that I'm not aware of, please just talk to me. This guitar has been PROFESSIONALLY repaired and it took me several tries to get a couple of photos that showed the repairs. If you are looking for a show-piece this may not be your baby, but if you're looking for playability and great TONE, this Taylor Grand Auditorium will not disappoint!
