Up for bid is a Conn Double Bell Euphonium.  The serial number, 68,XXX, puts its date of manufacture at 1905.  The top bell measures 10.5in and the front bell measures 6.75in.  The horn has a silver finish except for the inside of the small bell which is brass finish. There are a couple of minor dings and there are a couple of small places where the finish is worn.  There is what appears to be a small round patch on the front upper bow (visible in a couple of the pictures).  All slides and valves work.  The 3rd valve stem is slightly longer than the others.  Not sure why but it doesn't affect the playing.  This is a beautiful instrument.  An Altieri gig bag is included.  The instrument stand in the photos is not included.
