My passion for the Hawaiian traditions and craftsmanship is reflected in the solid wood and traditional materials. You will never find laminate in a Honu Ukulele. Simple lines and no ornate bindings let the true beauty of the wood speak for itself (bindings hide laminate).This Honu Ukulele has spalted Mango wood top and back with Maple neck and sides.It also has a decorative wood rosette and a headstock to match the body.This 'uke is fitted with an Aloha twin passive pickups.Aquila strings and a hard case finish off this gorgeous, hand rubbed gloss lacquer finish.
